Sre Krishnan Nair
Director of Ayurveda & Yoga Therapies

My name is Sre, and I am a passionate traditional Ayurvedic Practitioner with expertise in Herbal Health Care, Panchakarma Therapy, and Remedial Massage. Additionally, I am a qualified Yoga and Meditation teacher, specialising in tailoring practices to suit your unique mind-body type, known as your 'dosha,' according to Ayurveda.

With over two decades of experience in Ayurveda, I have been fortunate to learn from and collaborate with some of India's most esteemed teachers and Ayurveda experts.

For the past 12 years, I have run an Ayurveda Clinic in Abbotsford, Melbourne. Through this I have  gained a deep understanding of the Australian culture, life style and health concerns enabling me to effectively address diverse wellness needs.

My approach revolves around leveraging the power of both traditional Indian medicine and modern science to help my clients achieve greater balance, ease, and freedom in their bodies and minds.

I am deeply committed to sharing simple, practical ways to enhance your wellbeing. Whether it's incorporating Ayurvedic practices, making small but meaningful changes to your daily routine, exploring breathing techniques, blending medicinal herbal teas, or creating delicious dosha-balancing recipes, I am here to guide you.

I believe in a holistic approach to wellbeing. Each individual is unique, and there's no one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to health and happiness. With that in mind, I take the time to understand your specific needs and aspirations on your wellness journey. I look forward to supporting you.

Namaste, Sre

Jess Krishnan Nair
Director of Meditation

Hi, my name is Jess and I’m a mum, a meditation teacher and social impact specialist.

Before co-founding ONE BIG LOVE, I worked in international aid and community development for 15 years in Australia, Mexico, India and Indonesia and I continue to support a number of for-purpose organisations with strategy and social impact.

While I’ve always loved my work, like many people, I was burning the candle at both ends and eventually burnt out completely. Ayurveda, and in particular, meditation taught me how to cultivate a relationship with my inner world. How to read, understand and care for myself. How to befriend my active mind, and learn ways to channel it to be more creative, agile and effective.

I have trained with some of the worlds leading Ayurveda and meditation teachers including author and holistic health expert Dr Deepak Chopra, Vedic Educator Dr David Frawley, Ayurveda expert Dr Sheila Patel and transcendental meditation teacher Roger Gabriel. I am certified through the Chopra Centre’s Primordial Sound Meditation Teacher Program and Perfect Health – Ayurvedic Living Program.

I've taught young children, senior executives, busy parents and many more how to meditate, and these days I'm also lucky enough to support upcoming meditation teachers through Happy Melon's teacher training program.

I look forward to sharing the gift of meditation with you.

x Jess
