Sre Krishnan Nair
Director of Ayurveda & Yoga Therapies

My name is Sre, and I am a Master Ayurveda Practitioner with over two decades of expertise in Ayurveda and Panchakarma therapies, Herbal Health Care, and Remedial Massage. As a qualified yoga, meditation and breathwork teacher, I also specialise in customising lifestyle and practices to harmonise with your unique mind-body constitution, known as your ‘dosha,’ according to Ayurveda principles.

Originating from Kerala, India, the birthplace of Ayurveda, I received my comprehensive Ayurveda education under the guidance of India’s most esteemed teachers. I had the privilege of serving as a lead Ayurveda therapist at a local hospital, where I not only administered treatments but also trained aspiring Ayurvedic doctors.

Over the years, I have established successful clinics in Kerala, Goa, India, and Melbourne, Australia, where I have immersed myself in understanding the nuances of Australian culture, lifestyle, and health concerns. This immersion has equipped me with the insight to effectively address diverse wellness needs within the community.

Passionate about bridging the gap between traditional Eastern healing practices and Western medicine, I integrate ancient Indian wisdom with contemporary scientific knowledge to facilitate profound wellness transformations for my clients. This fusion has shaped my unique approach to administering Ayurvedic treatments and healing, for which I’ve become renowned. You can hear from my clients themselves here.

Beyond individual healing, I am dedicated to nurturing future generations of Ayurvedic practitioners through training programs and public speaking engagements.

I’m the Co-Founder of ONE BIG LOVE, where I continue to pioneer holistic wellness and empower others to embark on their journey towards optimal health and vitality through Ayurvedic consultations, treatments, workshops, retreats, training programs and lifestyle products.

Namaste, Sre

As a passionate Ayurvedic Doctor I am experienced in handling various conditions such as women’s health and gynecologic problems, mental health issues, migraines, arthritic conditions, skin problems, sleep disturbances and digestive and gastrointestinal diseases with traditional Ayurvedic medicines. I also have experience in Leech Therapy (known for blood purification). I am also a qualified Yoga Teacher and Therapist.

Jess Krishnan Nair
Director of Meditation & Community Engagement

Hi, my name is Jess and I’m a mum, a meditation teacher and social impact specialist.

Before co-founding ONE BIG LOVE, I worked in international aid and community development for 15 years in Australia, Mexico, India and Indonesia and I continue to support a number of for-purpose organisations with strategy and social impact.

While I’ve always loved my work, like many people, I was burning the candle at both ends and eventually burnt out completely.

Ayurveda, and in particular meditation and breathwork, taught me how to cultivate a relationship with my inner world - how to read, understand and care for myself, how to befriend my active mind, and learn ways to channel it to be more creative, agile and effective.

I have trained with some of the worlds leading Ayurveda and meditation teachers including author and holistic health expert Dr Deepak Chopra, Vedic Educator Dr David Frawley, Ayurveda expert Dr Sheila Patel and transcendental meditation teacher Roger Gabriel. I am certified through the Chopra Centre’s Primordial Sound Meditation Teacher Program and Perfect Health – Ayurvedic Living Program.

Over the past 10 years I've taught young children, senior executives, busy parents and many more how to meditate. These days I'm also lucky enough to support upcoming meditation teachers through Happy Melon's teacher training program.

Aside from meditation, I'm also passionate about creating beautiful, serene spaces and lifestyle products to help you reconnect with the joy and wholeness that resides within each of us.
